Air Passenger Forecasting for NC Hubs CLT & RDU
Forecasting monthly airline passenger traffic for Charlotte and Raleigh-Durham airports using time series models in R (ETS, ARIMA). Includes spatial mapping, STL decomposition, and a Shiny dashboard for interactive visualization. Data spans 2000–2019 with forecasts through mid-2020.
Grow to Impress
A web platform designed to empower young girls (ages 14–19) with personal development tools, AI support, and mentorship guidance, especially in male-dominated fields like tech. Built by first-generation college students, Grow to Impress helps girls build confidence, gain skills, and find mentorship.
Spotify Top 2000 Song Popularity Classification
This R project uses Spotify’s All-Time Top 2000 Tracks to classify songs as popular or not popular based on audio features and genre. It applies classification models like Logistic Regression, LDA, QDA, and KNN, and evaluates them using accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, and runtime.
Artistic Intelligence
We developed a LoRA model to replicate the unique art style of local artist Ivy Li. Using standardized and annotated images, we generated custom embeddings with Stable Diffusion and created new artworks guided by text prompts.
